Machine pressed, hand finished
Laundered, machine pressed, hand finished, and returned on a hanger. This is how we press most cotton and cotton/poly button-downs and standard blouses.
Some shirts need hand pressing
A machine press can damage some shirts: anything with spandex, lycra or elastane, textured or loosely knit fabrics, decorative details, unusual shapes, and very small (XS) or large (XXL+) sizes. We hand press these instead.
We check every shirt when it arrives and choose the right press for it, so there's nothing for you to figure out.
Prefer shirts folded? +$1 per shirt
Shirts come back on hangers unless you ask. If you are preparing for travel or just prefer your shirts pressed and folded, simply add "fold shirts" to your ongoing instructions in your online account, to the special instructions on an order, or on a paper note inside the bag.
Purple Ties are FREE!
Any tie that's more than 51% purple is free.
