As an @HOME customer, you can schedule a same evening pick-up on our website until 4:00pm. If you miss the 4:00pm cut-off for that day, you can still call our friendly Customer Service to see if we can still squeeze you in that night.
The standard turnaround for your order is 1 business day. If a different delivery day better suits your schedule, simply select it on the delivery calendar, when scheduling your order.
There is no minimum order required for us to pick up and process your order. However, orders of less than $30.00 are subject to a $4.99 delivery fee.

Wash & Fold orders (bulk laundry, no ironing) must be at least 10 lbs, because we wash each individual Wash & Fold order in its own machine.

Only if you want to be. Actually, you have a couple of choices for each order:
1. Leave Outside – You leave your items for us next to your front door or any other spot that you choose to designate(in the bags we provide or your own) and we deliver them, back to you in the same spot, without ever disturbing your privacy.
2. Knock on Door – We get everything from you in person and deliver them back to you in person too. To prevent delays in getting your items back, if you are not home at the time of the delivery, we will go ahead and hang them on your door knob instead.
The most convenient way is to provide your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express number when you sign up for your first order. Each subsequent order will then be charged to that card upon delivery, and an itemized receipt will accompany your order.

If you prefer to pay by check, simply leave the credit card section of the registration page blank, and we will send you a monthly statement to pay from. The choice is yours.

You can easily specify your personal preferences by including a note in with your bag of items or by typing your request in the Special Instructions field of the order screen when you place your order online.
You can change or cancel an order by clicking on the “Change / Cancel Order” link on the order page. This will allow you to review, change, or cancel all of your current orders as available. Of course, a friendly PurpleTie Customer Service representative would also be happy to process your request. Simply request a “knock on door” pickup, and your driver will arrive with bags in hand. Of course, you can always feel free to use your own bags for your first order and we will make sure to leave you a PurpleTie bag upon pickup.

Yes, we do! In fact, we own and operate one of the most technologically advanced processing facilities in the world. Not only do we process your items in a 100% perc-free environment with a 6-point inspection process, but we have more technology than anyone to help us do it right! Every item you ever submit to us is tracked by garment specific barcodes that help us insure accuracy, reliability, accountability, and 100% on-time performance like no one else!

Metal hangers: we reuse all of the metal hangers that we can. If any are too out-of-shape to use again, they are recycled. Please send yours back into us with your next batch of clothes, and we’ll take it from there.

Garment covers: all of our packaging covers are 100% recyclable via your existing recycling program at home. If you’d like, you may also send them back into us with your next batch of clothes, and we will recycle them for you.

Nope – We come to your company automatically on a predefined schedule, so you don’t need to go online to schedule your order. Simply drop off your order in your closest PurpleTie station, and you can rest assured that your order will be picked up per the schedule listed at that station.

Feel free to use your online account to update your personal information (billing, contact), and any ongoing cleaning instructions that you may have, like “medium starch” or “no creases”.

Our service schedule varies from company to company. You will find the service schedule listed on your online registration.

You may also visit the PurpleTie station closest to you for details on our exact delivery schedule. There, you’ll find instructions and our pricelist posted on the closet. If you need help in finding your closest PurpleTie station, please call our Customer Service TOLL FREE at 1-855-PURPLETIE anytime between 9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.

If you have a specific one-time order request, like an alteration that you’d like done, simply make note of it on a piece of paper and include it with your items.

If you have instructions that you’d like us to always follow for your orders (e.g. “no creases” or “always box men’s shirts”), you may note this in the Ongoing Order Instructions section of your online account.

If you have registered online, simply log in and go to the Account Information page, to update your contact info, billing details, building location, or Ongoing Order Instructions (optional).

Alternatively, to update anything on your account, or to change your billing information, you can either include a note in the bag with your next order, or you can call our Customer Service to make a change over the phone TOLL FREE at 1-855-PURPLETIE anytime between 9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.

If you have used our service before, but you did not register online, please feel free to create an online account here, and we will be sure to link your online account with our existing records that we have for you. This way, you can conveniently go online to update your info, moving forward.

For your first order, please use any bag you have (e.g. gym bag, garbage bag), along with the printed Confirmation Page that you receive following your online registration. If you don’t have access to a printer, please include a completed order form from the PurpleTie station. We will then provide you with your free, personalized PurpleTie bag with your delivery.
