"I've been using Purple Tie's laundering and dry cleaning services for almost two years. I even set them up to pick up my bosses laundry as needed. It's so easy and such a relief! They pick up and drop off!

They are on point 98% of the time and every once in a while, our delivery date is pushed back an extra day, so make sure to leave a day of cushioning if you're awaiting something that is for a specific date (aka wedding party etc). They deliver and pick-up residential or commercial.

All the employees down in the front taking in clothes (and/or curtains or bedding etc) and the ones I've corresponded with in the back office (that handle establishing accounts over the phone mostly) have had an A+ attitude with a knack for customer service and making things run smoothly, as best they can.

I've got a little bit of extra funds to support my mostly non-laundry filled days and nights... and let me tell you, I'm so thankful for that. Their prices are extremely reasonable so it truly does not take that much extra to hand it all over to them.

"There are any number of dry-cleaning solutions, but the level of service and customer care at Purple Tie sets them far above the rest. I thought I was missing a sash from the dress I had dry cleaned, and contacted Purple Tie. Eddie listened carefully to the situation, was very patient, professional, and intelligently communicative. He followed up the next day with both a voice message to my phone then, because I was unable to pick up, and email. He had thoroughly investigated the issue, reviewed camera footage, and identified the sash that was missing, in order to help me identify why it was missing (which we realized was due to an issue on my end, not Purple Tie's). On top of that, Eddie then helped me brainstorm various ways that we could help repair the dress. For me, this experience illuminated the way that Purple Tie genuinely cares about its customers - rare these days given the plethora of belligerent airlines and profit-maximizing brands. Obviously, my loyalty to Purple Tie has been established."

"Purple Tie has been my only trusted dry cleaning place for 5 years now. I have only nice things to say about them. My dirty laundry will always come back sparkling clean and neatly ironed AND missing buttons replaced.

There was only 1 incident where the stain was still intact and once I pointed it out to the staff, they send it back immediately and got it fixed.

I usually drop it off in person, but I'll definitely try out the scheduling service next time. They're very reliable, friendly and efficient. I even referred my friend to have her wedding gown dry cleaned with them. She was very happy about it, and it was very reasonably priced (less than $100)

"I have been using Purple Tie for years through Oracle. I live in San Francisco and never could find a decent dry cleaners. The clothes would smell or they would shrink them. Although Purple Tie is a bit more expensive than the cheap dry cleaners in San Francisco it is well worth it. The clothes do not smell, never are shrunk, they are all green with recyclable bags. I love everything about them. They are very reliable and always bring my clothes back my clothes on time in two days. My sister gives me her clothes to bring to Purple Tie because they do better than the places she has found in Oakland. I recommend them highly!"

"I've been sending my dry cleaning and particularly difficult laundry to purple tie for a while now. There was a mishap with one of my pillow cases and they were more than willing to replace it and hem it to the size my original one was. I was very ready to be angry with them but was pleasantly surprised when they were willing to replace the single pillow case that needs to be purchased in a set. I really appreciate Purple Tie's willingness to right the situation. I will definitely continue to use them."

"PT has always done a fabulous job with my dry cleaning! Not only have I used them for dry cleaning but they have done by pant hems and also repaired one of my favorite purses.
