Dry cleaning pickup & delivery in Redwood Shores

"They pick up and drop off your dry cleaning at a reasonable price what more can you ask for?! My biggest issue with dry cleaning is I have to remember to drop it off on Sat and pick it up on Sat because like normal people I am working when the dry cleaners are open and when I'm off work they're closed so the only option is to get there on a Saturday. The day I want to do my own thing or sleep in, not run to the dry cleaners. What's more amazing is if your work is a drop off and pick up spot (like my company) you get a discount! They also take care of other things too but I've never tried it. They have amazing customer service."

"Purple tie went above and beyond more than any other service based business to make things right for me. I have been getting my dry cleaning shoes fixed, pants altered, purse strap fixed and my suitcase strap shortened with Purple tie for 2 years. But one day one of my items didn't come out as I had expected. I called Purple tie, they were professional, caring and very courteous on the phone. Took quick action, worked to fix the issue and I was kept up to date on the progress. They are truly amazing. How can you be anything but happy with service like this. I mean who does this anymore!"

"Purple Tie is very convenient and fairly priced. I use them because they are close to my work place, and they have amazing hours! (they close at 11pm). I only gave them a four star because a couple of times I've gotten back some shirts with a wrinkle in them.

Update: I just switched my review from four stars to five, because the manager Jonathan actually took the time to write me and express concern over the wrinkles. He let me know that if that ever happens again, to let them know so that they can redo the shirt at no cost.

"I don't mind doing laundry but I hate ironing. Shoe shining and zipper replacement are not my specialties either. Luckily I have Purple Tie to do all of these things for me. Not only have they done a great job with my dry cleaning and zipper replacement in my son's uniform fleece, they picked it up and dropped it off to me as well! It can't get any easier than that! Would recommend for all busy households. You won't be disappointed."

"Never worry ever again about having to stop by and pick up/deliver your laundry/dry cleaning. Just leave it all on the porch. Purple Tie picks it up and, two days later, leaves off the clean stuff. They'll repair your shoes and purses; develop film; make altlerations. In three years of using their service, Purple Tie has never lost anything or screwed anything up. It's a tad more expensive, but really worth it."

"Just an update to this great business. They have always been very friendly and had great customer service. Their service and tailoring is also great--they even put new buttons on when needed, and have patched a couple of shirts that were in need after a call to ask if we wanted it done. Add to that the fact that their pricing is fantastic, and it's no wonder I have referred about 20 people here."
