"Kay, the CEO, called me to address all my issues. The customer service was always the best, but this was beyond the call of duty. I took a tour of the plant, learned about the details and the issues of dry cleaning. I took a tour, which anyone can do on request at the walk up counter, and really looked at the issues. This company has what it takes, what I wrote before should be thought about as history and a learning experience. Use this company."
