"what can i say i love purple tie. i hate doing laundry with a passion especially since i dont have a washer in my home and have to use the laundry mat.

now i don't have to :

fight some lady with ten kids for a rolling basket ,washer and dryer, jeez do you need to grab like every cart in the laundry mat while you twenty loads are washing and fill them with you shitty laundry baskets and other stuff trying to reserve them. i dont mind just throwing your crap out of them when your not looking so i can move my clothing around }:D . thats what they are for MOVING YOUR CLOTHING AROUND , HOW MANY FREAKIN CARTS DO YOU NEED

wait for machines

have a pocket full of quarters

buy laundry soap/dryer sheets

carry my full laundry bags around

have people i dont know take my clothing out of machines sometimes not even done WTF

fold any laundry :D

deal with faulty machines

the list goes on in on going to the laundry mat is like going to hell every week ffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu

anyways purple tie is great they get my socks super white and fold them individually .

they have repaired a few items for me too and did a great job

all you have to do is login to your account online and schedule a pick up . leave you bags out side two days later your cloths come back clean and folded left right outside your door where you left it . it doesnt get any better then this THANK YOU SO MUCH PURPLE TIE. I think i gained like ten years onto my life not having deal with the bs at the laundry mat :D"

"I have been using Purple Tie pretty much since I moved back to San Carlos about 7 years ago. I think they were called CleanSleeves back then but same company. I LOVE THEM! I hate bringing things to the drycleaners. I hate bringing pants to be hemmed. And I usually am disorganized so I realize I need something cleaned the week of an event. In comes Purple Tie. You make your order online, they come to pick your stuff up which you leave on your doorstep at the selected timeframe. Two days later, the items are back on your doorstep (or wherever you've asked them to leave it...you can request back door, side fence, etc.) Everything is always perfect. They hem my pants the way I ask and they'll even reheel shoes/boots or repair glasses or purses! I use them a LOT not just for drycleaning but pants and shoes.

Their customer service is awesome. Kay (not sure if this is how he spells his name), who seems to be the main guy there, will actually contact you if they find a problem with your clothing. I once sent in a sweater that had some suede on it. He called to say a) there was a hole in the sweater, and b) that drycleaning would ruin the suede and he didn't want to risk it. Just one of many examples of how they take care of their customers."

"After a local dry cleaner stopped offering pick up/drop off service for dry cleaning we tried Purple Tie. I know that they do service for the employees of businesses, but they also do residential service.

Our driver is really nice and polite, and the representative on the phone sounds truly proud to work for this company.

I usually call, but you can also do the whole thing online. Sometimes I forget and call late in the day - they just add me to the loop and are there that night. Clothes come back in 2 business days. They put tiny teeny weeny little bar codes on each garment so they can track them. We've not lost anything, and my husband's socks came back clean and neatly pinned to a hanger when we sent them in once by accident.

We did have one shirt come back with a tear where the collar button had been torn off the last visit - no fuss no muss, they apologized and repaired the tear and put on a new button that looks as good as new - and I am picky. These kinds of things happen, and I love that they just took care of it.

"Convenient, on time, great service. They do last minute pickups and always try to accommodate. Honest people; we've been sending my husband's shirts for the past 6 years (we send 5-6 items per week). Only once one shirt was temporarily lost and the manager called us and offered to purchase a similar shirt. Two days later the shirt was found. Knowing that they would respond for any lost and missing items tells me a lot about a laundry service. Thank you Purple Tie!"

I use Purple Tie because they come to my work and I appreciate the convenience. There cleaning is usually decent but the two most recent batches of clothing didn't seem to have been cleaned very well.

I informed customer service and Maria responded. Maria had the clothes recleaned at no expense to me and personally inspected the clothes herself. Needless to say, they were nicely cleaned after that."

"I use them weekly and have never had a problem. This week they found a $20 bill in my pocket and it was in a 'found item' envelope stapled to my clean clothes. So, they are reliable and honest."
