Dry cleaning pickup & delivery in Burlingame

"I had an issue where I needed to clean some items for a tenant and had never used this service before. I was unsure how the service worked so I probably called and email them 3 times to ask questions but anytime I spoke with someone they were very patient and thorough. Once I received the order back, everything was in pristine condition.

I had made a mistake during the scheduling process and mis-checked a box that I shouldn't have so I called and emailed customer service to let them know of the issue and they had the supervisor Eddie call me back. He was very patient and could not have been more gracious and attentive to the issue. He went absolutely above and beyond what I ever could have expected to help get the issue resolved for me - even though it was my own fault. It's not very often that companies will work with you to try to help you out and they did. I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience has been and I will absolutely use them again in the future."
