But they blew me away when they called to make sure the sparkly sweater I had put in for cleaning was okay for dry cleaning, discussed hand wash vs. dry clean, etc... The diligence just blew me away. "We've now used Purple Tie for 4 years. They give us easy service for pick up delivery. The cleaning is excellent. They give great service for dress shirts. Good job of cuffing new suit trousers. (They called to ask if I wanted 1 and half or 2 inch cuffs.) My wife dresses for work and praises PT. The prices may not be the cheapest but less than others we tried in Menlo Park/Redwood/Palo Alto. We go online for pickup, have our own purple bag. They pick up same day, return in two days, one day is extra. PT people are savvy, efficient, and a delight to work with. Whenever I've had an especially unusual stain that was hard to get out or in need of a rush order, they always try to accommodate. When I've inquired further on a problem stain, they can recite back the entire history of that shirt's cleaning and each step in the effort to get it out.

Great that you can either request on-line or by phone for evening pick ups. One less trip down town."
