"My father is in a nursing facility, and needed someone to do his weekly laundry. The service he did have, ranged between $80-$120 a week, depending on the loads he had. I felt he needed a change in service, so I decided to find another business until I came across Purple Tie online. Purple Tie is great, because there is next day service in case you need your load right away, and the cost of loads is considerably less than what I was paying. The clothes are picked up using their purple tie bags, and dropped off nicely packed, folded and tied together ready to be placed in the drawer or closet. When there was a problem with my father's nursing staff not properly handling my father's laundry for the pickup, Purple Tie let us know and worked with us to resolve the issue; Purple Tie staff were very polite and cordial regarding the slight hiccup, and I really appreciate that in a company. "I've been a PurpleTie customer for years, at different Silicon Valley companies: Google, Visa, Yahoo. You can't get any more convenient than pick up and drop off at work. They always do high quality alterations and cleaning. PurpleTie fixed the hem on pants my local dry cleaner messed up. Plus they untwisted the elastic in the waistband without me having to mention it.

Nico worked with me on a special sewing project that turned out great. I asked for pockets big enough fit my iPhone 6 Plus to be added to old skirts with no pockets. The seamstress did such a great job, it looks as if the pockets have always been there. Now I'll wear the skirts longer and more often than I would have if the bottoms had no pockets.

"We use Purple Tie at the company that I work for and it is quite awesome getting your clothes washed and folded in a nice bag within 4 days. But I don't think this is the most important part of their business.

Unfortunately, in one of the loads I gave to Purple Tie, one of my jackets went missing. I looked everywhere in my house to be sure that I didn't simply misplace it. I checked everywhere at home, and I couldn't find it. I sent Purple Tie and email about this and received an email back extremely quickly. Eddie, who took care of me from the beginning to the end of the process, refunded me for the full price of the jacket that went missing allowing me to replace the jacket I loved.

This is the kind of customer service that deserves a medal! I recommend Purple Tie highly and will continue to use them."

"By mistake I forgot my wedding ring and a silver ring inside my pant's pocket, which it was picked up by Purpletie at my office... when I received my pant clean, only one ring came back !! I was in shock and I immediately I contacted them... at the moment they notified that the other was not found, however they would notify me if they find it... Couple of weeks after that, I received a phone call... they were telling me that my wedding ring was found and they want to be sure that I was going to be there to receive it!
