Thus, I need a dry cleaner that will clean my clothes without me having to think much about it. Since it's now virtually impossible to leave your kids in the car for so much as a second without an old lady scowling at you...I chose Purpletie. I leave the bag in the bottom of my closet, when it's full or something I want is in there and stinky, I put it on my porcho. Hop on the internet and in 2 minutes my part of the drycleaning is done. Brilliant! They come get my bag and return it 2 days later with clean clothes. Expensive, sure, but worth every penny not to have to get my kids out of their carseats to drop off my cleaning!"

"I phoned Purple Tie in Redwood City in a moment of desperation when my washer broke down and I had an 8 am departure time for a trip the following day. I spoke to Ed who told me their lead times and rush charge, but than said sympathetically, you're really in a fix, aren't you? Let me speak to the team and see what we can do. Recently we used the wash and fold service from home. It took a few minutes to schedule a pick up. The pick up driver was punctual. The clean clothes were returned 24 hours later. All around good service and value.

I got a voicemail from them saying they found $17 in a pants pocket. They credited me $17. I was so impressed by this.
