"Fast, cheap, and excellent work! This was the first time I decided to try out Purple Tie and I'm loving them so much.

I got the heels on my boots replaced - It had already rubbed down to the plastic part of my boot heel. The boot heels are flat wide kind, not a typical pointed heel - so I wasn't expecting any delicate work to be done. I put my boots there on Monday, got them back on Thursday and they looked as good as new. They had covered up the plastic part that was showing, coloring it black - very impressive work. They only charged me $15.99 even though the price range for heels is 11.99 to 19.99 at their discretion (I had thought they'd charge the max price, but they didn't!). Definitely worth it and extremely convenient. : )

I'm definitely throwing all my shoes in there from now on."

"I use Purple Tie through work once in a while. The customer service reps are very friendly and try to make everything right for me. One time, i sent in a while blouse for dry clean. The rep called and told me after dry clean, the details on the blouse seems a bit loose. They just want to let me know in advance and try to have someone take a look at it before return it to me. It wasn't a super expensive blouse and the details it is indeed a bit loose. I got it back and it looked fine, I was able to wear it again. things happen with laundry/special fabric, I appreciate the honestly from them and will for sure use them again."

Before I would forget I dropped items off and not remember for months. The staff is friendly and helpful. All I have to do is make a call and I can ask about specific concerns I have for any particular garment's cleaning and care. I love having this service available here! I love Purple Tie!"

"So far I've used this service twice and each time, I've loved it. It is unbelievably convenient! I do not have a washer dryer and used to go to the laundry mat, but was tired of lugging everything and taking my time at the laundry mat. My friend told me about this service and when I looked, I was able to book a pick up for the next day. The turn around is just so insanely fast, I love it. They pick up on laundry on Tuesday and it's back by Wednesday, folded in seran wrap and put in bags placed in my front yard. I don't think I'll ever do laundry again.

I think the price point is there and worth it. The laundry mat was pricey, and this is comparable especially with the work being done for you. I have placed very large orders bc I refused to do laundry for so long and to me it's worth the price. However, what I do not think is worth it is that blankets are $25 a piece no matter the size. So if you have tiny blankets like from Amazon I recommend getting a friend to do them bc the wash will cost more than the blanket itself.

If it's your first time, you'll use garbage bags and they'll bring back your order in a purple bag so you can reuse that bag for future orders!"
