Their communication methods & technique are very efficient. The moment we signed up and scheduled a pickup, someone from the office called right away to confirm the order and the details of our request. Prior to pickup and delivery, we received courtesy texts notifying us of the driver's estimated arrival time. Immediately after the laundry was picked-up/delivered, PurpleTie also sent text messages to inform. Details of the charges are clearly stated and can easily be found under the "Invoices" option of our PurpleTie online account. The PurpleTie drivers wear company uniform and drive a company truck with logo. Delivery and Pickup were both on time and as mentioned.

If you're not sure about what kinds or services PurpleTie offers, you should email or call their customer service. PurpleTie's customer service did a great job answering all my questions and making sure they knew what exactly what type of shoe repairs I wanted.

Since I wasn't sure if they could replace the soles on my boots with Vibram soles, I emailed them asking if this was possible. They called me that day to confirm that this was possible and told me to add a note that included what I wanted. After I sent off my boots with the note, they called again to let me know it would take a week to replace the soles on my boots because they had to order new soles. When I got my boots back, they did everything that I asked for!"

"Outstanding care from professionals who are perfectionists. These folks will see damage you may have not noticed in your favorite sweater and along with a lovely dry cleaning job will fix it! I especially love how inexpensive and beautiful Purple Tie inserts pockets where a manufacturer was either 'lazy' or 'cheap' 'to leave the side pockets out' of a lovely dress or cardigan. "I've been using Purple Tie through my company for two years now, and love the service! It is so convenient to drop it off in the lobby of my building. Pick up/drop off is always prompt and without fail every Monday and Thursday around lunch hour. The cleaning itself is excellent.

Whenever I've had a complaint or question and called the office, the customer service has been commendable. I'm given a credit when reasonable to do so or helped in some way. I'm never told no or "we can't help you." Very personable service.
