I initially spoke with Robert from their customer service. He was VERY helpful in getting us connected for weekly p..n..d. What a fantastic service!! No Bull...this team delivers as advertised. Very efficient and courteous. The driver p/u and drops each week without a hiccup. For home or business, if you need to eliminate a chore out of your day. These folks are GREAT!! A rare occurrence, but one of my dress came back from dry cleaning with a broken clasp. Elias was able to investigate whether this was possible to repair. Once they verified that it happened during the dry cleaning process and was not repairable, they've offered to pay for my dress. Mind you, it only took them a few days to figure this out instead of dragging this out for an extended period of time. Awesome, communicative customer service and I will be a returning customer."

"Really great service. I've been using them a couple of times a month for 3 years, and while I find the occasional sock/boxers from another bag in mine, that's something that happened all the time when I did my own laundry anyway :) I also thought I lost my bag once, and the customer service was WONDERFUL. The driver checked all possible drop-off locations to see if they maybe put it in the wrong place, and when they didn't find it, they told me they would reimburse me if I could provide them an estimate of what was in the bag. It turned out I was a total dumbass and had just misplaced the bag myself... but it was a really great customer service experience. Love these people."

As for the delivery and service for laundering and pressing my work shirts, I absolutely love this place. You drop off on a Monday and they return on a Thursday for us working at Google. So happy this company is there since they are reliable and take care of my clothes really well. Couldn't ask for more from a dry cleaning company. I'll be using them for as long as possible."

"PurpleTie gets the blue ribbon in laundry services. I bring my clothes to work, fill out a form put them in a bag and toss them in a PurpleTie closet they set up. They pick up and deliver on Tuesday and Friday at my office so the turn around is pretty fast. I have only used them for dry cleaning and minor seamstress work. Their seamstress is amazing. I give them 10*s, 5 for the seamstress and 5 for their drycleaning. My clothes always come back clean and looking new. Unlike some of the drycleaning services I have used where they seem to just spit and wipe, PurpleTie is at the top of the pile."
