"Purple Tie We are very fortunate to have Purple Tie on our campus in Palo Alto, their service is excellent! As a part of a small group the Employee Engagement Committee which focuses on volunteer efforts on campus I have utilized their services for various volunteer activities such as; I collect clothing for 2 local organizations so at my cubicle in the office or at my home I receive donations which I sort and either fold and box or hang on hangers provided by Purple Tie. The other way is my absolute favorite. Campus wide clothing drive which was over a 2 week period in 2011 having them available on campus I reached out to them for support. Not only did they provide several racks, hundreds of hangers they also provided storage to keep everything safe until the items could be transported to the East Bay. Prior to the delivery they helped us sort the clothing we were so amazed to have received over 500+ items of clothing and accessories on our campus. In May we had our 2nd Annual clothing drive which was for the period of only 1 week and again Purple Tie stepped in to assist us with everything we needed this year we collected close to 300 items of clothing and accessories. "I've used PurpleTie at my last three companies for the last 10 or so years. They have been wonderful! I can't say enough about the professionalism of their staff and how customer service oriented they are. My company's last dry cleaning company resigned with no notice last Friday. No service company is ever going to be error-free. You should live in a bubble if you have those expectations. If you're not sure about what kinds or services PurpleTie offers, you should email or call their customer service. PurpleTie's customer service did a great job answering all my questions and making sure they knew what exactly what type of shoe repairs I wanted.

Since I wasn't sure if they could replace the soles on my boots with Vibram soles, I emailed them asking if this was possible. They called me that day to confirm that this was possible and told me to add a note that included what I wanted. After I sent off my boots with the note, they called again to let me know it would take a week to replace the soles on my boots because they had to order new soles. When I got my boots back, they did everything that I asked for!"
