"I use Purple Tie through work once in a while. The customer service reps are very friendly and try to make everything right for me. One time, i sent in a while blouse for dry clean. The rep called and told me after dry clean, the details on the blouse seems a bit loose. They just want to let me know in advance and try to have someone take a look at it before return it to me. It wasn't a super expensive blouse and the details it is indeed a bit loose. I got it back and it looked fine, I was able to wear it again. things happen with laundry/special fabric, I appreciate the honestly from them and will for sure use them again."

Before I would forget I dropped items off and not remember for months. The staff is friendly and helpful. All I have to do is make a call and I can ask about specific concerns I have for any particular garment's cleaning and care. I love having this service available here! I love Purple Tie!"

"I have used PurpleTie service from my office for a long time and have had no issues with the service. However, the pandemic hit and I did not have a need to use them since I was working from home.

Then we needed our drapes cleaned and a few other items, so I looked into their home pickup/delivery service. I have had a full length wool coat for about 25 years that my grandmother had given me as a gift. The lining inside the coat was torn to shreds from random storage, moving around, and I guess wear and tear. I called PurpleTie and got Jonathan whom I asked if the interior lining repair was something they could do. Jonathan explained that they could, but they would need to look at it to provide an estimate. The following day Jonathan called and provided me the estimate which was quite reasonable. (I would have paid quite a bit to restore the coat since it has sentimental value.) The end result was AMAZING! The coat looked like new and the lining was very professionally done. I called Jonathan to thank him because that coat means the world to me. I wish I had before and after photos because the difference was literally night and day.

"I don't usually do online reviews, but I thought the service at PurpleTie deserves to be acknowledged. I stupidly left an important and valuable document in a coat pocket and is was returned in a separate envelope with my order. Some of my laundry apparently got separated, and they sent a second driver to deliver it in evening (rather than wait until the next day), to ensure I got my order on time. Pricing can be a little high, but when you factor pick-up and delivery, it's fair."
