"Alterations: I had to have a dress zipper replaced with a different type of zipper than what the manufacturer had. The Purple Tie seamstress did a very professional job and followed my instructions to a tee. I am super pleased. This was the fourth time I had alterations done there; they were hems, and they were also professionally done. I had gone to a local cleaner to have them replace the zipper, but she gave me such a hard time about not being able to do it, I had lost hope, but then I decided to give Purple Tie a chance and it came out perfect. Thank you Nico and the seamstress."

The cleaning is perfect, when there is a cloth they are not sure to get 100% clean they send a warning so we know what we can expect... And so far every single cloth we made them clean was perfectly done.
